Project Description

The Loire, the Cher, a still wild nature

The descent of the Cher offers you a natural setting in the heart of the vineyards and the castles of the Middle Ages (St Aignan sur Cher, Montrichard, Loches…) and of the Renaissance (Chenonceaux).

The Loire, the last wild river in Europe, will allow you to observe the royal cities of Blois, Chaumont, Amboise or to discover its islands and its occupants from the water.

We can drop you off and pick you up depending on your route and your type of boat.

Nearby, a nautical leisure center and canoe rental are possible in St Aignan sur Cher, 7 km from the Prés du Petit Morlu and at the gates of the Château de Chenonceaux.

For those who wish to take advantage of the Loire, the body of water fitted out by the Loire Valley sailing club or Loire Kayak 35km from Les Prés du petit Morlu will welcome you with pleasure.
