b. the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the latter’s request;
vs. the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;

e. the processing is necessary for the performance of a task in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;

We do not collect any data automatically on our site.
